Dereck Alexander started his career in banking, and has been involved in sales and marketing for 30 years. He was previously managing director of a listed publishing company, and was subsequently instrumental in listing Paramed Security on the JSE. Dereck initiated the merger of Paramed with Sentry Security.

Kerry has considerable experience in company statutory matters, financial reporting, budget preparations, human resources functions, compliance and administration.

 
Mochele

 

Mochele Noge
(Independent Non-Executive Director)
Mochele was appointed to the board of directors as an independent non-executive director with effect from 8 February 2006. He is an investment banker with CitiGroup and has six years banking experience, formerly with Rand Merchant Bank.

 
Paul Paul van Niekerk
(Independent Non-Executive)
Paul founded IST in 1980 as an electronics technology company. IST, famous for the development of the pebble bed reactor and other high technology electronics applications was listed on the JSE in 1998. In 2003 Paul retired as a director of IST. He was appointed as chairman in 2004.
