Amecor will be the holding company of FSK Electronics and Sabre Alarmnet whose principal businesses consist of the design, manufacture and supply of electronics equipment, technologies and solutions to the security industry. The principal products and services of FSK and Sabre are:
- Digital long range radio alarm transmitters for use with domestic, commercial and industrial alarm systems;
- Panic packs;
- Guard monitoring systems;
- Digital computerized base stations, transmitters and repeaters;
- Sabre also owns and operates licensed radio networks throughout South Africa.

Sabre Radio Networks
Sabre Radio Networks operates a national footprint alarm radio network across the entire country. The company has a broad base of radio frequencies and repeater infrastructure, which frequencies it supplies.
Prospects
FSK’s research and development division is currently developing new products which include a new generation intelligent transmitter and a simple low end control panel at an entry level price for the previously disadvantaged and sub economic areas. Opportunities to increase exports to Australia, Southern Africa and Eastern Europe have been identified and are being pursued in conjunction with approved distributors in these regions.
The market for electronic security products is in a rapid growth phase, both relative to upgrades and system migration and new areas where security systems have previously not been available. FSK and Sabre are ideally positioned to participate in these business opportunities both in respect of new product offerings and increased market share.
Rationale for the Aquisition
The reverse listing of FSK into Tisec will give the shareholders of Tisec the opportunity to participate in the growth prospects of a sound enterprise in the security, technology and electronics field. In addition, the listing will afford FSK the opportunity to raise its business profile and provide a platform for Amecor to pursue other strategic acquisitions synergistic with FSK with special emphasis on distribution, manufacturing and electronic technology companies and businesses.
