Dereck began his career in banking, gaining extensive knowledge in finance & commerce, and has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. Dereck played an instrumental role in listing Paramed Security on the JSE, initiating the merger of Paramed with Sentry Security. Subsequently, Dereck has devoted his time and expertise to Amecor, initiating complimentary acquisitions that have added business synergies and enhance shareholder value.

Keith Vieira

Keith Vieira – Chief Operating Officer

Keith has over 32 years of experience in the development and manufacture of products in the electronic security sector. Keith’s responsibilities within Amecor include strategic input into new product design and development, as well as, overall operations within the group.

Kerry Colley

Kerry Colley - Financial Director

Kerry has considerable experience in company statutory matters, financial reporting, budget preparations, human resources functions, compliance and administration.

Mochele Noge

Mochele Noge - Non-Executive Director

Mochele (FCA, CA [SA]) has over eight years experience in banking, having been involved in two of South Africa's major banks. Subsequently Mochele has pushed himself into the core of the security and electronics industry, and has made significant input supporting Amecor’s way forward.

Stephen Courtney – Non Executive Chairman

Stephen (FCA, CA [SA]) is a Chartered Accountant, with over 30 years experience in finance and exchange matters.
